Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into these terms and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for your credentials, account activity, and keeping contact details current. BookingPilot is not directed to children under 13.
The service
BookingPilot provides tools for musician and venue profiles, venue discovery, pitch tracking and email, bookings, gigs, reminders, reviews, community posts, subscription features, and optional integrations. We may improve, add, restrict, or discontinue features. Availability and results from third-party services are not guaranteed.
BookingPilot does not employ musicians, operate venues, act as a booking agent, or become a party to agreements between users. Users are responsible for negotiating, confirming, performing, paying, insuring, licensing, and resolving their own engagements.
Subscriptions and payment
- Paid plans renew automatically for the period shown at purchase unless canceled before renewal. Current price, billing period, and trial terms are presented in the applicable checkout.
- Mobile purchases are billed and managed by Apple or Google Play. Web purchases are processed by Stripe. Their payment and refund rules also apply.
- Cancel mobile subscriptions in the App Store or Google Play settings. Eligible web subscriptions can be managed through BookingPilot's billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not normally erase the remaining paid period.
- Deleting an account does not cancel an Apple or Google Play subscription. The web deletion service attempts to cancel an active Stripe subscription before deleting account data.
- We may change plan features or prices prospectively, with notice where required. Taxes may apply.
Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give PilotSuite LLC a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, process, transmit, and display it only as needed to operate, secure, and improve BookingPilot. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit that content.
Profiles, reviews, gig posts, and booking requests may be visible to other users. Do not publish confidential information you do not want shared with the intended audience. You may remove content using available controls, subject to reasonable backup and legal retention.
Acceptable use
You may not use BookingPilot to:
- break the law, infringe rights, impersonate others, or misrepresent a venue or engagement;
- harass, threaten, discriminate, defraud, spam, or send unlawful marketing;
- upload malware or attempt to bypass limits, authentication, billing, or security;
- scrape, resell, reverse engineer, or overload the service except where law expressly permits;
- publish content that is unlawful, exploitative, or materially deceptive.
We may remove content or restrict accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these terms.
Email, reviews, and venue information
You are responsible for having a lawful reason to contact recipients and for the accuracy of pitch content. Do not use BookingPilot for bulk or unsolicited email. Venue listings and reviews may be user-supplied or come from third-party sources; verify important information directly before relying on it.
Pitch replies sent through a BookingPilot reply address may be relayed, stored with the corresponding booking, and used to notify the account owner. Do not send sensitive information through a booking conversation.
Third-party services
BookingPilot can connect to services such as Google Calendar and uses Firebase, Google Places, SendGrid, RevenueCat, Apple, Google Play, Stripe, and Vercel. Your use of those services may be governed by their terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or actions.
Disclaimers
BookingPilot is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee bookings, income, attendance, payment, venue quality, user conduct, uninterrupted operation, or that every error will be corrected. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PilotSuite LLC and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from BookingPilot. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid BookingPilot during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Termination and changes
You may stop using BookingPilot and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated violations, security risk, nonpayment, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the service. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these terms. We will update the date above and provide notice when a material change requires it. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
